After having dinner in Carthage at Rumor Has It, which was fabulous, we arrived back at the Dalton House in time for a little "not so urban sketching"! This barn is right outside our door, and the perfect subject for drawing. The light was fading, so I sketched quickly with my Pitt pen. Once finished, I still had enough light to add some color. I worked until I could no longer judge the hues, then stopped! I can't wait to get out and paint this charming town tomorrow!! Painting number 1550 in 1550 days! :)
